Since we are a direct lender, we can fund quickly without the hassle of bank paperwork.  Since we are not a bank, we do not require what banks require.  We mainly look at your business cash flow and bank deposits and collateral.  Credit is secondary as we fund loans even with personal credit scores down to 450
