 2)Is this a commission paid position or salary Job? ( We have positions with salary and full benefit and we are also hiring for independent contractors that are performance based plus bonuses and insensitive), The position you qualify for will depend on your background, your experience and your performance at the interview with our manager. However, My Manager will discuss your offer with you during your interview. How ever _____ We are very competitive nationwide when it comes to our compensation and you will be pleasantly surprised to hear about it.

 9) Are you sure you have my actual resume ? if yes so why do you ask those questions about my background ?
